The new design is based on Freescale CPU QorIQ series P2020 and provides high speed interfaces. This board will act as a multi-function communication unit. Several Gb Ethernets and PCIe bus will provide very good performance at low cost and minimum power requirements.
The new versions of Kernel and Redboot patches for BSP version "iMX27_IPCAM_BSP_2.0" with Linux kernel 2.6.22 are available for downloading. They support the video server based on gstreamer-0.10.22 on the SFDkit reference board.
